The day before your appointment:

Please complete all of your hair removal (shaving, waxing or tweezing) and exfoliate the skin well.

We recommend shaving 12 hours before your appointment. We advise that you do not shave less than 12 hours before you arrive at your appointment, as the skin needs time to recover before your tan.

On the day of your appointment:

We suggest that you shower close to your appointment (if possible). After you shower, please do not apply any perfume, moisturiser, deodorant or sunscreen to your skin. We have hot towels available in the event you are not able to shower before your appointment.

What to wear to your appointment:

Please wear loose clothing to your appointment.

We have tanning dresses and robes available for purchase at NBBB.

What to wear during your appointment:

At NBBB, you are welcome to tan naked.

If you would prefer to be partially covered, we supply disposable hairnets and g-strings. You are welcome to wear your own underwear.

We have c-strings available for purchase if you are not ready to bare all.

During your appointment, we will advise the perfect developing time for your tan.

Development time:

Let your tan develop for the amount of time as advised by NBBB.

All of our tanning solutions are express and can be showered off between 1 - 6hrs depending on how dark you’d like to be.

Shower after your development time is up:

When showering, it's important to use high pressure water and please do not use any shower products. Keep rinsing until the water runs clear and there is no bronzer left on your skin.

After your shower:

Pat yourself dry with the towel and do not apply any products to the skin after showering. Your tan will take a full 12 hours to develop after your shower.

12 hours after your shower:

We recommend that you moisturise as much as possible to help your tan look its best. Ensure you avoid chlorine for the next week.

If you are consistent with moisturising and avoid chlorine, you should get a full 7-10 days out of your NBBB tan.
